"Father's Day - BEST DAD Card"

Hello Crafters,

What makes your dad the best? Well, he’s your dad, for starters, and that all by itself is pretty special. 

I am back with another BEST DAD card. I have created this new card which suits the personality of my Father (Father-in-law).

This is my very first creation for Creativ Fusion Arts & Crafts as Design Team.

let's get started with the steps how to create yourself.

Step 1 : Carve out a 8 inch by 8 inch base out of 280 gsm Ivory sheet. Then we shaded the corners with Distress Ink evergreen bough ink.

Step 2 : Chose a white pattern paper from Paper Pack 12X12 pattern papers measured out 8 by 8 inches out of the same and made the edges rough with distress tool and pasted over white ivory sheet.

Step 3: Chose another pattern paper (Chronologies paper pack- shown above in the picture) and roughly carved out a small portion and pasted over the white base pattern paper and designed a texture over it using Art anthology stencil and heavy Gesso white.

Step 4: I chose vintage car rubber stamp because my father in law love cars and then colored the stamp with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush.

Step 5: Now in the below picture I am showcasing you the placing of different elements (with inclusion of Laces, dressing cotton cloth, designed Frame, clock and some special tags like best dad, believe and dream) and layers that I designed in above steps and finished my card with green, yellow, purple and blue sprays using lindys spray and beautified the card using tyre marks stamps.

Step 6: I finished this card with black splatters.
